BD TowMaster Allison 1000 transmission and converter package for 2017–2019 L5P Duramax trucks, 4WD.
The TowMaster Allison is built for stock or mildly modified Duramax trucks that tow. BD modifies the valve body and pump and raises clutch counts, which it says increases torque-holding capacity by more than 80%.
A BD deep aluminium pan adds 3.5 quarts of fluid to help keep temperatures down under tow. Every TowMaster Allison package includes a ProForce torque converter.
BD supplies this as an exchange unit: a $2,000 refundable core deposit applies, refunded when your old unit is returned.
