Dobinsons front differential drop kit for the IFS Land Cruiser 100 Series and LX470.
Lift an IFS 100 Series more than 2 in and the CV joints run at steep angles that wear them quickly. The drop kit lowers the front of the differential carrier to bring those angles back toward normal.
It includes machined spacers, all nuts and bolts, and skid-plate spacers. Because the diff housing sits lower, some factory and aftermarket skid plates may not refit; some owners leave the skid plate off.
