Ball joints are the failure point on heavy diesel front ends. Play in them gives vague steering, uneven tyre wear and, on solid-axle Rams, the wandering front end owners call death wobble.

These are adjustable and rebuildable: rather than pressing out a worn joint and buying another, the wear is taken up by adjustment and the joint is serviced in place.

Synergy covers defects in materials or workmanship for the lifetime of the joint for the original purchaser — normal wear excluded, as ball joints are a wear item.
