XDP X-TRA Cool direct-fit replacement radiator for the 1999–2003 Ford 7.3L Power Stroke.

A diesel's radiator is a wear item on a truck that tows. The factory units fail at the plastic end tanks and at the crimp that holds them to the core, usually after years of heat cycling, and on a 6.0L Power Stroke the radiator is often replaced anyway once oil has been through the cooling system.

XDP's X-TRA Cool core runs more fins per inch and heavier tubes than stock. The end tanks are re-designed with reinforcement ribs at the weak points and a fibre-reinforced plastic mix, and they are crimped on with a heavy-gauge steel strip rather than the aluminium the factory uses. The corners, where a core is most vulnerable, are internally reinforced.

It is a direct-fit replacement, so it goes in where the factory radiator came out.
