The 6.4L's factory radiator is a plastic-tank design and it is the single most common thing to fail on the engine. Replacing it with another plastic-tank unit fixes the leak; replacing it with this one addresses the design that caused it.

CSF builds this radiator entirely in aluminium. The core uses their B-Tube design — tubes formed into a "B" section and then brazed over the seam, which adds internal surface area and strength over a plain flat tube.
