A lift pump's job is to get clean, air-free fuel to the injection pump at a steady pressure. The factory arrangement on these trucks struggles with all three: pressure wanders, air stays entrained in the fuel, and filtration is marginal — and the injection pump is the expensive part that pays for it.

The Titanium Signature Series Plus is a complete system rather than a pump: it lifts the fuel, separates the air and vapour back to the tank, and filters what is left before it reaches the injection pump.

The Plus line adds a heat sink to the pump body. FASS put the drop in internal motor temperature at up to 20 degrees, which matters on a motor they warrant for a million miles.

Flow rate is not a bigger-is-better choice. The rating wants to match what the truck actually asks for: the 100 GPH pump covers a stock or mildly modified truck, and the larger ratings exist for builds that genuinely move that much fuel.
