Genuine new Holset HE351VE VGT turbocharger actuator for the 2007.5–2012 Dodge / Ram 6.7L Cummins.
The HE351VE's actuator is what tells the variable-geometry turbo when to open and close. It is also the part that fails — usually electronically — and when it does the turbo stops varying anything and behaves like a fixed-geometry unit, taking the exhaust brake with it.
This is the genuine Holset unit and it is 100% new rather than remanufactured — factory components, factory quality testing, and no core to send back.
It is a direct bolt-on replacement, and what it restores is precise boost control: proper spool, proper regulation, and the drivability the truck had when the actuator was working.
