River City Turbo direct-replacement HE351VE VGT turbocharger with a billet compressor wheel upgrade for the 2007.5–2012 6.7L Cummins.
The factory HE351VE exists to solve an old problem: a fixed-geometry turbo is either lazy at the bottom or inefficient at the top, and the variable-geometry design gets you both ends of the range out of one turbo.
This is a direct replacement for that turbo with a billet compressor wheel in place of the cast one — more airflow, without changing how the truck behaves or what it can do.
Because it keeps the variable geometry, it keeps the factory exhaust brake with it. That is the part most owners are not willing to give up.
