SSBC-USA B8-Barbarian eight-piston rear caliper upgrade kit in clear anodised for the 2013–2022 Ford F-250 / F-350, with DS Performance rotors.
Stopping a heavy-duty truck with a loaded trailer behind it is a heat problem more than a friction one. Eight pistons spread clamping force more evenly across a larger pad, which holds the bite where a two-piston caliper starts to fade.
The B8-Barbarian is an eight-piston caliper machined in the USA from T6061 aircraft-grade billet aluminium. It is a direct fit — it works with the stock hydraulics and the factory ABS, and it goes behind the factory wheels.
This is the DS package: premium dimple-drilled, slotted and zinc-plated rotors are included, for better cooling and less fade than the stock discs.
Each kit arrives fully assembled with high-performance low-dust pads, stainless steel pistons, bleeders, pad pins and anti-rattle clips, so the installation is a bolt-on rather than a build.
Calipers are available in clear anodised, black and red; this one is clear anodised. Each colour and rotor combination carries its own part number.
