Carli extended stainless braided brake line kit for a 2.5 in to 3 in lift on the 2003–2011 Ram 2500 / 3500 4x4 Cummins.

Lift a truck and the factory brake lines become the limit on droop — the axle runs out of hose before it runs out of travel, and something eventually tears. Extended lines remove that limit.

Braided stainless has almost no volumetric expansion, so the pedal firms up as a side effect: pressure goes to the caliper instead of into swelling rubber.

This is a complete set: front and rear lines with the centre brackets. It does not include the outer axle-to-caliper hose.

One note from Carli: if a line will not thread into the factory brake line tube nut, check that the nut has not warped under the factory torque spec before forcing it.

This kit is the 2003–2011 version for a 2.5 in to 3 in lift — the year split and the lift height both change the part number.
