Fitment
1996–1997 Ford F-250 / F-350 with the 7.3L Power Stroke diesel, 4x4, without PTO. The S5-47 is the Power Stroke transmission and is NOT interchangeable with the earlier S5-42 (1988–1995, 420 lb-ft) or the later S5-47M (1999–2002). Ford used the S5-47 behind the 7.3L Power Stroke from 1994.5; this particular unit is listed for 1996–1997, so confirm your build before ordering. Commonly searched as OBS F250, OBS F350, F250 7.3 Powerstroke, F350 7.3 Powerstroke and ZF5.
