BD Roadmaster Aisin AS69RC transmission and converter package for 2019–2024 Ram 3500–5500 6.7L Cummins trucks, 4WD.
The AS69RC is fitted only to Ram 3500–5500 trucks with the 6.7L diesel, and it is strong in stock form. Its known weakness is spline wear on the K2 hub, which BD replaces with its own nitrided billet hub.
The Roadmaster is built to handle stock engine output while removing the factory failure points. BD custom-selects the frictions to keep shift quality smooth and fits a stiffer pressure-regulator spring in the valve body for higher maximum line pressure. It also replaces the leak-prone factory cork gaskets.
BD supplies this as an exchange unit: a $2,500 refundable core deposit applies, refunded when your old unit is returned.
