PPE transfer case brace for the 2007.5–2010 GM 6.6L LMM Duramax with Allison.
The tail shaft housing between the transmission and transfer case cracks on Allison-equipped GM 4x4s. Driveline vibration does it over time; off-road use and hard launches do it faster.
The brace supports the overhanging weight of the transfer case by spreading the load up and across the adapter housing into the centre section of the transmission, instead of leaving it hanging off the tail housing.
