aFe BladeRunner Street Series radiator with a 2-3/4 in tube-and-fin core for the 2008–2010 Ford 6.4L Power Stroke.
The 6.4L Power Stroke's radiator cracks at the end tanks, and the sensible time to deal with it is before it lets go rather than after.
aFe's BladeRunner uses an oversized 2-3/4 in thick tube-and-fin core for more heat dissipation and better coolant flow than the factory unit, with fabricated end tanks made from 1/8 in aluminium plate rather than plastic.
The upper mounts have been reconfigured to improve how the radiator is held, which matters on a truck where mounting load is part of what cracks the original.
