aFe BladeRunner brand-new aluminium replacement engine oil cooler with all hardware and gaskets for the 2003–2007 Ford 6.0L Power Stroke.
The 6.0L Power Stroke's oil cooler sits in the engine valley, where it is surrounded by heat, and it plugs with soot over time. A restricted cooler drives oil temperature up and starves the EGR cooler downstream of it — and getting to the thing means removing the intake manifold and the turbo.
This is a brand-new unit rather than a remanufactured one, built in new aluminium, and it comes with all the hardware and gaskets needed to remove the old cooler and fit this one.
Having the gaskets in the box matters on this job: it is not one you want to stop halfway through.
