KC Turbos balanced and assembled rebuild kit with billet compressor wheel and SXE turbine wheel for the 1999.5–2003 Ford 7.3L Power Stroke.
A tired factory turbo on a 7.3L is a rebuild rather than a write-off, and rebuilding it is the cheapest way back to good boost — provided the rotating assembly is balanced properly, which is the part a home rebuild usually cannot do.
This kit arrives from KC already balanced and assembled. It pairs their billet compressor wheel with their updated SXE turbine wheel design, so the rebuild also brings the turbo up to a newer specification rather than back to where it started.
It is aimed at stock 7.3L trucks running complete stock turbos that want the updated design.
The 7.3L split into three different turbo arrangements across its life, and this is the 1999.5–2003 part. Match it to your truck rather than to the model year alone.
