S&S Diesel Motorsport plug-and-play DCR pump conversion replacing the CP4.2 on the 2011–2024 Ford 6.7L Power Stroke, no ECU calibration required.
The CP4.2 high-pressure fuel pump is the 6.7L Power Stroke's most expensive known problem. When it fails it does not fail quietly — metal goes downstream into the rails, lines and injectors, and the bill covers the whole high-pressure system rather than the pump.
S&S Diesel Motorsport, with PurePower Technologies, built a two-piston DCR pump as a more durable replacement. It is plug-and-play: no ECU calibration, original fit and function, and the truck keeps its original specification and performance.
This is a preventative change as much as a repair. Fitted before the CP4 lets go, it removes the failure mode entirely.
