HX35 Boost Elbow Dodge 5.9L Cummins 1994–2002, BD part 1040310.
A billet compressor wheel is lighter than the cast wheel it replaces, which means it spins up faster, and it is stronger, which means it tolerates the conditions that destroy a cast one.
On the 7.3L Power Stroke the billet wheel also removes the compressor surge these turbochargers are known for.
It is an upgrade made inside the turbocharger you already have rather than a replacement for it.
