Fitment

1996–1997 Ford F-250 / F-350 OBS with the 7.3L Power Stroke diesel. NOT interchangeable with 1994–1995, which uses the HP004X: those pumps carry the anti-drainback check valve inside the pump, while 1996–1997 moved that function to a redesigned front timing cover. Fitting the wrong one causes hard starting and low ICP. Commonly searched as OBS F250, OBS F350, F250 7.3 Powerstroke and F350 7.3 Powerstroke.
