Ford's own revised engine oil cooler for the 6.0L Power Stroke, supplied complete with gaskets and replacement screen.
The 6.0L Power Stroke's oil cooler sits in the engine valley, where it is surrounded by heat, and it plugs with soot over time. A restricted cooler drives oil temperature up and starves the EGR cooler downstream of it — and getting to the thing means removing the intake manifold and the turbo.
This is Ford's own answer: the revised design that replaced the failure-prone original, and a more effective cooler than the part that came out.
It is a direct replacement and it fits both the truck and the van applications. The kit is complete with gaskets and a replacement screen.
