Ford OE injection control pressure sensor for the 7.3L Power Stroke.
The ICP sensor reports high-pressure oil to the PCM, which uses it to control injection. On a HEUI engine that makes it central to how the truck runs: a failing ICP causes surging, a miss under load, hard starting, or a bucking idle, and it commonly sets codes that look like fuel-system faults.
A leaking sensor is the usual failure — oil wicks up into the connector and corrodes it. Inspect the pigtail when replacing the sensor; a corroded connector will fail a new sensor quickly.
