New genuine Garrett GTP38 turbocharger for the 1999.5–2003 Ford 7.3L Power Stroke.
Garrett built the factory turbocharger for this engine, and this is a new one — not a rebuild. A worn turbo shows up as low boost, smoke, poor acceleration, higher fuel use, noise, oil leaks and lost towing performance.
The GTP38 is the Super Duty turbo. The earlier OBS 7.3 uses the TP38 and the two do not interchange, so check which engine you have.
