PPE direct-replacement engine oil cooler with enlarged internal passages for the 2003–2007 Ford 6.0L Power Stroke.
Soot is what kills the 6.0L Power Stroke's oil cooler. It builds inside the channels until flow is restricted, and the restriction is what takes the EGR cooler with it.
PPE's replacement is designed with larger internal passages for improved oil and coolant flow — the same job as the factory cooler, with more room for the soot that is going to arrive anyway.
It is a direct replacement for the factory engine oil cooler. PPE offers the kit with or without the gaskets needed to remove and reuse the cover from the old cooler, so check which version suits your job before ordering.
